Manage groups, teams, roles, and hierarchy
Imports active Sales Representatives from BambooHR, links them to managers, corrects names, and hides departed reps. Runs automatically each day.
Pulls each Sales Manager’s inbound + outbound call counts from RingCentral (matched by work email) and powers the Call Activity panel on the dashboard. Runs automatically on a schedule.
Checks BambooHR for each outstanding rep’s signed Agent Agreement file and marks Packet Back automatically. Packet Sent/Back are system-set — never edited by hand. Runs automatically on a schedule.
Lets managers send recruiting emails from their own @wholesalepayments.com address directly from the Prospecting grid, with open & click tracking. Until it’s configured, the compose dialog falls back to opening Gmail (no tracking).
The person managers are told to email when a rep’s BambooHR “Current Status” needs a manual change (failed deactivation, reactivation). Takes effect immediately — no redeploy needed.
The starter set each manager receives the first time they open the compose menu
(top to bottom = menu order). After that, every manager edits their own copy from the compose
dialog’s “Manage my templates” — changes here only affect managers who haven’t
started yet. Use {{firstName}} anywhere in the subject or body to insert the rep’s first name.
Preview a manager’s templates
Read-only view of what an individual manager actually sends — for auditing tone and compliance. Managers own their copies; changes are made from their own “Manage my templates”.
Former sales reps imported from BambooHR history — re-recruiting leads you can hand to managers. Admin-only: these people never appear in any pipeline, directory, or manager view. Deactivated = a manager explicitly dropped them (high confidence). Terminated = terminated Sales-org account with no Current Status (fuzzier — may include former W2 sales staff; use Remove to clean those out).
